You can loosen the the ''U" clamp under the dash and slide the steering column tube towards the wheel.
Then loosen the set screw on the turn signal switch and slide it towards the wheel a littel bit also.
Hopefully that will be enough to fill the gap.

And how to remove a horn ring to turn a bolt on itl?

Horn ring turns counter-clockwise.  They're usually tight, go slowly but firmly.

I don't think that wheel is going to sit happily against the indicator arm (amd look nice) without some kind of purpose made sleeve or collar being made to do the exact job.

Check out the collar from late 70's Golfs & Scirocco's and these are stepped and if cut/modified carefully could be a tidy solution to your problem.

How to remove horn button or remove plastic collar off to turn a bolt on it?

i've google it but no answer and tried to remove horn contact screws but nothing can go far than that.
Hope you guys can figure it out.
Cheers!

Dinsor2b, very nice steering wheel. What year car are you putting that on? Those wheels are intended for the later produced cars. But they might be able to be used on earlier cars with some modifications. Sorry that I can't offer up any advice... I have the earlier Formula Vee wheel for my '67.
