i have never seen these on pics, are these rare? they seem to be quite common on minis i have them from a rallycross car that ran them in the eighties Title: Re: revolution wheels on bugs? There were quite a few 13" Alloy wheels around from late 70's to fit Skoda's in an attempt to 'Spice' the models up a bit. (or a lot ;D) 13" Wheels look rather odd on VW's IMHO. The smaller diameter gave us the lower gearing we wanted and increased the range of tyres available for race use.
Title: Re: revolution wheels on bugs? Post by: javabug on May 19, 2010, 14:48:22 pm Revolutions are a great wheel for "handling" cars. They look tits on Minis, early Golfs, 2002s, etc. A proper set would be excellent on a Beetle set up similarly.
