Title: Distributor drive slop?? Post by: Lanny Hussey on July 28, 2010, 05:17:49 am I'm looking for ideas on this one..
I have a recently completed customer car that has an odd issue with a large amount of timing scatter. The crank will rotate 14 degrees before the rotor turns. The distributor is locked(ECU controlled ignition). The drive(German) was pulled out and everything appears fine. Any thoughts? The engine is all over the place whilst cruising. Thanks! I believe .050" is about right?
