Had we bolted a paintbrush, wet with white paint, to the stinger, the line down the strip would have looked like cursive writing. Scary car. I had no business getting in that ulcer.
The pics of us with Derek Bell bring back good memories. What a trip meeting all the 917 celebs... Brian Redman, Helmuth Bott, Peter Falk, Hanns Hermann, yet 30 ft away there were 15,000 people trying to get Seinfeld's signature.
