Wow! Very nice run! Has he done anything with the rear suspension setup, or clutch lately? Seams like there was wheel spin on at least 1. and 2. but it launched good anyway :)
First 8 sec with a cabrio pan beetle is in reach now  :o

Richie and Jo,

CONGRATS!

It is SO refreshing to see a pan car in the Pro Mod class, especially now after the latest developement with VWP and R B. The fact that you have only 4 wheels on the cab is impressive and I guess it all is a matter of clutch control.

Keep on with the good stuff!

Well is it me or is that the quickest and fastest Beetle cab street car in the world then?

The big question is, how much quicker can it go?

Which ever way top work.

Peter

congratulations! that looks very impressive. and i must say it all looks so 'normal' without the wheelies, but it isn't. just amazing.

now you need more gears, as you were along the red baron halfway down the track!

and in case you want to know what a zimmer frame is in Dutch it's LOOPREK (have fun pronouncing that correctly)

Just got back to Sweden from watching it in Sac. Great run with a really good sounding motor. I think there is more to come considering it was a very hot day. A little cooler weather and a high eight is in reach. Thanks Richie for the show.
