they act as a shock absorber to lessen the shock on the cluch when you launch

Hi Andy, I had someone contact me straight away after I put the advert out and i'm waiting to hear back. If they don't buy them your can :) Your axles etc are boxed up ready to go so i'll hang on to them just in case.. :)

Dude, they are a basic form of clutch management. As you can see it fits behind the clutch arm and when the clutch is pushed in the anti shocker ram 'follows' it out and then when the clutch is released the hydraulic ram on the anti shocker returns at a slower rate thus providing basic clutch management. The anti shockers are adjustable so can be 'hard or soft'

Ah i see so it sort of stops jaring on the clutch plate as it comes back into contact with the clutch! It allows the clutch to come in contact at a slower rate, and sort of slip the clutch sligthtly. :-)

Thanks both for the explination. :-)

Interesting, never seen these before. Looking at the picture I take it you only need one per clutch. Where can you buy them Steve?
