Title: Re: American Ebayer's that won't ship international Post by: Speed-Randy on November 05, 2010, 19:08:41 pm The reason most won't ship to other countries is that when we give the price to ship, we never hear from you again. Or, it's always, that's to much money, can't you ship cheaper. Next time you want something, look at fed ex, ups, or USPS websites, put the info in yourself as to weights and sizes( correct info, not just the cheapest), and you'll see that's what it costs to ship overseas. After a while of searching out the cheapest price to ship something for someone, only to never hear from them after you spent 2-3 hours looking for them, I completely understand why some won't do it. :-\ sad, but true
Title: Re: American Ebayer's that won't ship international Post by: speedwell on November 05, 2010, 22:01:10 pm randy , i'm already asking the shipping cost to the seller before bidding , like that no suprise about the price

Title: Re: American Ebayer's that won't ship international Post by: Zach Gomulka on November 06, 2010, 05:23:05 am I do it all the time, doesn't matter to me. The only thing that's more work is filling out the customs form.
Title: Re: American Ebayer's that won't ship international Post by: Speed-Randy on November 06, 2010, 15:56:24 pm I'm not saying I wont ship overseas, I'm just stating that I have over 200 emails from people asking for a quote, I answer, then they add some parts and want another, then they take parts out and want another quote, then after 4-5 times of this we agree to a price and then never hear from them again, it's frustrating and you feel like you are wasting your time. So yes, I do understand why people dont want to. Fabien, if you buy something, have it shipped to me and I will forward it on to you, no problem

The only thing that's more work is filling out the customs form. I hear ya, Zach... I did sell a couple things in the past year that went to Australia and Korea, I believe. The shipping was astronomical, but they paid it, and the items arrived safe and sound.
