Title: Best way to wire in an electric fuel pump? Post by: leec on January 29, 2011, 23:33:55 pm I run a CB Performance rotary 3.5 psi fuel pump. I currently have it wired in from the master cylinder brake light switch
but I have never been 100% happy with this (rush job) I would like to hear how you guys wired them in, I have heard of using a relay? A toggle switch to turn it on? Post by: BeetleBug on February 01, 2011, 07:16:37 am Why not wire it so that it stop pumping if the oil pressure drop under a certain level? Even better if you also combine it with a relay that also stop the engine so that it does not continue to run as long as there is fuel in the carbs.
