"We got a hit this morning and went 11.02 @ 119 and that with the 11.06 is good for the first record. It probably will not stay there very long but hey were the first!! :) We passed the three hour tear down and if you reset it get ready as they pull a head, valves, check rods, cam, carbs everything!! Make sure to bring your own tools to do these tasks as NHRA does not have them for the VW. If we did not happen to have the tools to check that stuff they would have kicked it out.
