Last chance before it gets broken....

Magazine featured beautiful rust free all steel California car fitted with many trick parts. (VW Ultra April 2010)

This is my VWDRC PRO class car, it has a best in my hands of 11.4@118mph and that was with the old clutch that was slipping, only 12lb of boost and a rookie driver. It is a ten second car all day long in the right hands.

The engine has just been stripped and inspected by Rob Judge at RNJ Motorsport and is 100% ready to race.

Brief Spec is:

2276cc

CB Crank
Mahle B&P's
H-beam Rods.
AJ Simms prepared Turbo race heads
Holley Demon 750cfm Carburetor modified for Turbo use
T4 Turbo.

It has a Gearbox that is able to cope with the sort of launch that you see in the first picture, has a new RLR BLack Magic clutch with less than ten passes on it, and runs a spool.

Of course, the full specification is available to serious buyers.

The chassis is fully solid mounted around the gearbox, has an Aluminum front beam by Jamar running upgraded shocks and disk brakes, a full roll cage tagged for 8.5 seconds by the MSA, limit straps and upgraded shocks on the rear, and other than that is pretty much as it left Wolfsburg bar the rear spoiler and lack of deck lid. All the stickrage is high quality material and would be easy to remove.

Wheels are Erco.

The Interior is standard VW, with a full house of Autometer dials including the obligatory monster tach and shift light, and a wooden steering wheel.

The car needs new tires and either the door windows replacing or the fitment of perspex windows completed.

Price?

Well, you would struggle to build the engine for what I'm asking.

£10,000 and you can trailer it away as is, or we can negotiate a price that will have it ready to race at the meeting of your choice and I'll come along and crew for you at your first meeting.

The Car isn't road worthy as it stands, and would require a fair amount of work to make it so, it comes with it's US paperwork and all the documents needed to register it in the UK if you really want to.

Is the car swingaxle or IRS?
What's the spec of the box?
