I was wondering if someone could help me out. I own a 1954 bug and I heard it was in a hot vw's back issue. I think it was early 90's. Here are some pictures of what it could of look like. That car was in it's first show at our Super Sunday event back in 91? I think it was Vw Trends that shot it as they also snaped a few shots of mine and a friends car.

So, I would think if the car was shot at all, it was for VWTrends, probably at SIR during the old Bug-In days. I can tell you that they shot a lot of cars during that period of time, that never showed up in the magazine. But perhaps yours did!
