Ordered a clutch plate yesterday from Heritage/SSP, and although I didn't ask for next day delivery, I did put a note in with the order stating that I needed it asap as I would be racing with said clutch disc this weekend... and it turned up first thing this morning. Ordered parts yesterday for today, still not here....... ;D However, in the last 3-4 years the service from Ben was never great, it was excellent. Only having fun, ben and SSP always there to help, highly recommend both them and Gunter at CSP to Europe. In the states also have had good service from vdub parts unlimited.
