Title: 1963 sunroof notchback 15ooS with 2176engine
Post by: Mario/DKT on April 13, 2011, 07:44:15 am
I’m selling my freshly restored 1963 sunroof 15ooS. Original Paperwork.

The car was very good, so the restoration need's just 80 days (again!)

New paint in safaribeige L 563 and the roof in black L41. Correct paintet two tone!!!!
Original and undamaged headlinder, except the parts around the rear windows - they are new. Uncracked dash! Pushbutton's working! Correct red needle instruments. Personal streering wheel.
Car wear’s disc brakes in front with drilled discs! At the rear is a bug brake installed, so the 205/65 fit’s very well under the fender’s! Front tire’s are 145/15.
The wheel’s are genuine and detailed Fuchs in 5,5“ all around with Porsche logoed (colored) center caps.
The front is lowered 2 splines, the rear 1.
NOS-Parts are:
-front badge
-rear badge
-both bumper’s
-all 4 overrider’s
-4 correct fender beading’s
The body molding trim is made from polished stainless steel and looks awesome to the new paint!
White indicator’s in front and red rear taillight’s. H4 headlight’s.
Interiour is a very rare stuff in olive green (cloth called Gittergrün by VW). Except the lower rear panel’s, this are grey ones.
Complete black „type3headquarter“ carpet kit in very good quality!

Engine is an all new part’s thing. 2176ccm from a CB supercase with 44 IDF. Converted Type4 linkage, Engle W110 Magnum straight cut, 044 round ported heads with 40x35,5 valves, 94mm Mahle cylinders and pistons, 1:1,25 rocker arms, unitech rods, CSP pushrod tubes, CSP valve covers, and a new CSP Python exhaust System in 42mm diameter.
Compression 8,5:1 – so you can play with it for more horsepower!
Eberspächer BN2 gas heater and no heat exchanger’s.

Car has it’s roll out at this year Volksworld show and won the Prosign choice award!

Why i sell it? I want to push my shop and i have a lot of other type3 and too much idea’s in my mind!
If you really dont want the big engine.... It’s possible to buy the notch with an 54hp engine (not matching Nr. engine!) for some € less!

If you have question’s, feel free to ask. But please just the people who are really interested in the car and have the money to buy it.
I have 2 shop’s, a girlfriend, 4 kids, a wacko cat and a ex-wive (wacko also!)– so low on time!

You can inspect the car whenever you want. Next airport’s are Nürnberg (110km), Leipzig (200km) or Munich (250km away from my home)!
We can talk about a delivery at buyer’s expense! Please ask!

Privat selling!
