Thanks for (almost) all the good thoughts guys.  Stoked to have run well into the twelves, with the car feeling and running great.  Maybe time for a cage now!

The real congratulations need to go to Bernie and Jim though.  Some real good work out there this weekend.  Good work fellas.

Who's car is this? Looks cool!

Hi .

Imported from PuertoRico for a DAS Belgian guy named Yves .

Yeap for the Newbee some trouble with clutch (very hard on pedal) and the 4th dont want engage . 1.43 for 60ft .
We swap for the spare gearbox this week  ,the engine is already open for cheking : all is ok inside .

Francois "Shrek" with new combo 421hp and 50Mkgs torq on Pat's dyno but big carb jetting trouble between 3500/4500 rpm .
And some trouble to found 2nd gear when shifting and he falls into "the abyss" between 3500/4500 rpm ... 3rd and 4th its ok but to much time waste during 2nd gear
The burnout was very impressive .

HolleyMolley 11.3 with previous Shrek engine 210hp+ .

Thanks for the OFF guys fot help and advise ( and found a Burger King !!  ;D ) Special thanks to Benssp and Martin Taylor to purchase and delivery on tracks injectors to start the New Bee.

.

I too liked the orange tube chassis bug. Hope I didn't make that too obvious when I was talking to the owner/crew...

Great day Sunday. Well done to all

Cheers Martin,

I can use the footage I have for slo-mo's as they are recorded at 60fps and I can play back at 30fps ;) :D

I did have a lil play with it on dave's film from cal look drag day:

From 2.52 onwards:
