(Like so many other topics here) ;D As I recall, the original VolksChancellors owner sold it to a friend, but I cant remember the details. i will try to dig up the thread.

Yes, I agree that there must be many old lookers sitting in garages with boxes on top of them as people got married, had kids. All the rest of life got in the way of playing with toys.

Was featured in HVWs in 81 or 82 October 1981. Owner/builder was Tony Sells. Specs say it sported a 1800cc (1776) with a FK89, 42x37.5 valves, 1 3/4" header and IDAs. Clocked at 12.32 @ 106 in the quarter!!! Interesting how it shows wide 5 Centerlines in the pic above with early t-bars up front.... Sorry, no scanner here :P Title: Re: What became of it?
