Some of you might have seen on the news the riot last night in Tottenham, North London.  Well seems they have decided to get on the overground and loot the shops in Enfield Town.  About 100-150 hooded youths smashing everything up and nicking what they can carry.  Went out side to check the car etc, and whilst speaking to my neighbour a hooded youth runs by!  We have had 2 police helicopters overhead since about 3pm. 

And people ask me why I moved to Norway  ::) ;) :)

This was just an attempt to loot and steel, no other reason.  They then moved onto our local retail park and stole LED/LCD/Plasma TV's sticking them in the back of their cars!!!!

My Mum tells me that during the Blitz. People would walk past bomb shattered store fronts, and step around

There are still plenty of people who would do that.

What we have is a class of people who demand everything but do nothing in return.  They have no respect for anyone, they demand respect, they are poorly educated and ignorant.  When they are young they aspire to be like this and through a lack of effort at school and an I don't care attitude they manage to fulfil their dreams.  They act like this all the time, intimidating people, killing others because of where they live, involved in crime, and think the police are picking on them.  Well doh, yes they are, don't commit crimes and they won't pick on you!!!
