Had a GREAT time, and then I get second place in my class in the car show. WOW! Thank you all!

I'll be 59 this week and with the exception of a few years in between, have been involved with VW's for a majority of that time. I still enjoy it. Probably helps that my daughter loves them too and attends the events with her VW.

What use to be open land is now covered with Town Homes, Condos and a Shopping Center. I remember when we first came to SoCal and lived in Santa Ana you could drive down Main St and when you got to Warner there was nothing except land and to your left the two huge hangars. FYI; They are the largest wooden structures in the world.

Hard to believe that parcel of land is finally being torn down after all of these years. Been hearing of that for awhile... looks like it's really gonna happen now. Another grassy venue with shade/trees will welcome, also. |
