My mum inaccurately recalledThe car is a 56-57. it as the first model with dual tailpipes, kinda confusing for a little kid. By the way this is the first time I've seen these photos, which were taken back in 57'. Fortunately, by that time I had grown out of the phase where I disrobed and exposed myself to passing motorist's (terrible 2's?) wil riding in the back of our previous car. The engines would make for some nice sleep on road trips and vacations.
