Opel Calibra XE20 engines have 86 mm bore and are extremely short pistons and they comes in a different
versions, NA, turbo, different compression ratios etc.  New forged XE20 pistons cost appx €450 in Gernamy.
The pin is 21 mm in diameter.

What about 85.5 "B" pistons?  Should be lighter.  Lounge member Luke Ideaman has some on the samba for sale.

they have to be flat tops.  I believesome engine builders use these in 1600 class off-road motors.  Email him, can't beat the price.
