Title: My "Driver" finally finished
Post by: SCOTTP on December 12, 2011, 05:50:49 am
Started this in September of 2010. I was just going to freshen it up a bit and paint it. Ended up off the pan for a complete rebuild. IPhone pictures...sorry.

Fijord blue.  Nothing fancy, pretty much a stock 67 with drop spindles. 1776cc, 009, 120 engle, mild heads, 1 5/8 exhaust, 48 IDA carbs. stock gears.

WOW, the year, the stance, the color, the 1700 engine and cam choice, one piece windows, chrome side mldgs, even a radio, NO better daily driver in my book.... sorry, but I  would prefer a empi style strg wheel. BUT..  It has THEE "classic" look....excellent car scott... bill

Actually it is people like you I should be thanking.  Scott, your talent is an inspiration to me and I wish I possessed some of it like you do.  It is because of guys like you that I'm back in it today and having such a good time, so THANK YOU.......
