More reflection of that flat paint and the concrete will reflect back. You can really make an old car shine for a week or two with a good application of WD40, another used car sales guy trick... Forgot to mention that the '52 through '54 Fords are some of my favorites. Flat heads through '53 and in '54 the new overhead valve "piston breaker" Y-Block motors came into use.
