Title: rip carlos barajas
Post by: draven898 on February 13, 2012, 03:41:46 am
carlos barajas was by no means an international name but given time im sure he would have been well know all over the western us, carlos was a major influence in the las vegas scene with his body and paint work. some of his work included scott moses vert, karens 61 double cab, which was a hot vws feature car, perhaps his most well known car would have been the bull run bus featured on the tv how of the same name, not only was carlos a great artist on the few times i talked to him he was a very humble and very knowledgeable person. the world lost a special person who not only changed cars but touched lives

He painted my car,and although now 8/10 years on and now in the UK it is showing a few marks, but it is still an amazing job and now he's gone I feel even less inclined to have it redone :(.
Although I never knew you or even got to talk to you,my thoughts go out to your family.
