Title: fuel leaks on terminator 62
Post by: bedjo78 on April 17, 2012, 13:14:32 pm
The Terminator 62 has been sitting on self for year.  when i installed on newbuilt engine. found fuel leaks from arround trottlle shaft in between carb barrel  and accelator pump plunger/cam. I dismantled and clecked but i can find where the leaks from. is there any plunger o-ring or any diaphragm that may worn?

I don't have 62s, but Berg 58IDAs and had lots of problems with them leaking around the plunger and had to machine a bush to fit into the plunger hole to cure this leak. A problem with the material being porous.
