Title: Mahle part number question
Post by: wolfswest on May 11, 2012, 22:19:40 pm
Hi,
I'm trying to find out what kind of piston set I have.  I hope/supose that mahle uses for every model of piston a different part number, right?
Part number is 92p17, it is 100% a 94...  i guess a piston for original stroke has a different part number then a model for a stroker crank?  Can I be sure if I find a set with the same number that it is a match?

Thx,

check page 204. 92p17 corresponds with 92mm pistons for 69mm stroke. if it's a 94 bore 94p17 is the number for 94mm pistons with 69mm stroke I think.
You guys need to learn how to use google  ;D
