Bob Rey is responsible for finding my first Cal Look Bug in '79 (orange '66 and blue '67) and my current one in '08. He's owned over a hundred cars and many of those were really nice VWs that he's built. Including Dave McNew's Squareback back in the early eighties. Post by: topnotch on June 06, 2012, 20:17:19 pm Well, we ran into a problem, I was going to spray the car White so we bought white primer but now that we've switched to Nutria brown I have to respray it with a grey or darker primer incase we get a chip you won't notice as much... In between all this my better half wanted a new kitchen :o that just got completed 2 weeks ago. So I'm back on the car, hopefully we'll get'er done soon :)
