I do not miss the mag. You may want to try a throttle stop setup, you adjust it to your staging rpm and when you release the button it will go to full throttle.

I've been using these http://www.etcrevlimiters.net/2008/08/magneto-rpm-swtich.html we put one on Lee's Dauphine to make boost on the line...worked a treat and Hank is a nice guy....give him a call to get the correct model. You need the dual range one...they're not cheap but nothing that's any good is......Good luck. Managed to score another mag with a ETC limiter, it arrived with an auto meter rev limiter as well It appears that they had been running the ETC limiter and the auto meter limiter together ?? Not had time to sit down and figure out the wiring to make his possible yet and couldn't see any real advantage when you have the dual range on the ETC limiter anyway. Do you run a second rev limiter as well on your cars Ian ?
