Title: I like late lookers Post by: Andi/DFL on June 17, 2007, 15:56:36 pm First of all: Sorry to the dutch guys, I could not make Budel. My wife booked a last minute holiday, she'll fly this night. So we decided to spend the day together and pack her suitcase(s). I looked at this photo throughout the day to keep me from crying :-)

But you would have loved the German late looker at the show n shine in the cal-look category. It was a 1968 Baltic blue 1500 with sunroof, gas burners, bumpers and trim but it looked very neat! I didn't get a chance to speak to the owner as my German is rather appalling, haha. He told me that he could choose between a fast car with a crap body or a sweet ride with a standard engine. He decided to do the last one and have the big engine later, when finances allow.
