Title: workshop/industrial units available for rent...Birmingham area. Post by: jick on August 10, 2012, 16:10:45 pm hi there.....I'm currently in the final stages of renovating a couple of workshop/industrial units, they are both on the same site in West Heath, Birmingham postcode B31.
one is an old victorian brick unit of approx 1300sq ft.... new concrete floors, new ceilings and electrics etc, separate office and toilet......looking for £450pcm. the other is a 1950's steel framed building....around 3000sq ft lots of natural light, new electrics, small kitchen area, office, toilet, sink etc......£750pcm there is a large communal yard for the two units of around 5000sq ft which can be divided up depending on individual requirements. there's a long established, very good bodyshop/resprayer on site too, and a motor-factors....which may be useful? if anyone is interested in any more information just ask! cheers....Jick |
