Title: Broken rear window Post by: peps64 on October 28, 2012, 01:49:52 am Ben came over to help me work on my bug this morning open the garage door and found my rear window broken what a bumer who said it doesn't get hot in LA.
any other ideas? Title: Re: Broken rear window Post by: 70slooker on October 28, 2012, 03:48:49 am recent install? rear glass is tempered of course and rather strong unless something puts pressure on the edge maybe a old shard in the part where the glass sits in the rubber, really rare but maybe a cut in the rubber and the pinch weld has poked through im just assuming its a beetle but i guess all backglass is in a rubber set on the old clunks
odd i must say Title: Re: Broken rear window Post by: DKK Ted on October 28, 2012, 06:01:08 am Pep! That sucks! Was looking forward to seeing your car tomorrow, you too! You still going?? Don't let this stop you, go! Hope to see ya tomorrow.
