These are original 4.5 centers and cut out correctly not a HACK job LOL. These would be perfect to re-rim to the size width you need. Just get a pair of nice outter's and weld them to it and repaint the centers and they will look super nice.

They are 15x4.5's and both have been painted with a spray can by the previous owner but the original paint is underneath it. You can repaint them to look new or run them as is.
