Title: Removing flywheel
Post by: Basti on December 02, 2012, 13:16:57 pm
Hey,

today I tried to remove the flywheel of my race engine.

I noticed the the nut is not 36 as expected...it is something like 47?? :o
Someone knows what this is?? Why it could be changed to this size?

Thanks,
Basti

BIGGER is always better  ;)  More holding surface along with a larger diameter washer. A Torque Miester tool and a modified socket to fit what ever size bolt you have will take it off.

I was just wondering about the size! 47 mm is very strange ;)
