Title: Help trying to identify a car Post by: BossHogg76 on December 04, 2012, 08:03:14 am This is a shot in the dark, but I'm hoping the learned community on here might be able to help.
In my youth (early 90s) I read about a DKP car in Volks World and i'm trying to get some pictures of it, for a bit of inspiration. The description from what I can remember of the text, was that it was painted in a Mercedes Benz Burgundy colour, was rolling on original BRMs ( i think), had a wicker or bamboo under dash parcel shelf. US spec towel rail bumpers....though I could be wrong with that one. Anyway i know that it's a long shot, but any help is appreciated.
