Title: FAT Performance
Post by: andy198712 on December 28, 2012, 18:16:31 pm
Hi,

I'm interested in beehive springs and one of the places that pops up is FAT, i see in their catalogue they have a some conical  springs part number VT511 and they do retainers.

Here's the big ask!

has anyone tried these or have an email contact for FAT?

i'm in the UK and phone call is a little bit tricky.

Cheers!

Andy

Give em a ring- ive called them from here in the UK before-advice over the phone was excellent and I ordered some parts and collected them while I was on holiday out there. One phonecall can answer the same amount of questions as a hundred emails  ;)

Andy198712,

Mike Fischer and Dan Lawson of Competition Engineering in Tempe, Arizona, have built VW motors with the Beehive springs. Give them a call. I believe Dan runs a small ad in HOT VWs. If you do not find it you can google them and find their website and send them an email. Mike has done all my machine work and balance work on my engines for the past 30+ years here in Arizona.
