This is a very rare original Volkswagen of America accessory day/nite rearview mirror made by X-L-O Automotive Accessories Inc. I removed the old chipped paint and did a quick semi-polished job on the arm but will definitely look good when polished by a professional. The arm and mirror bases is in great condition. The mirror arm snaps into the base. Comes with the original screws.. The mirror base has a broken corner and I super glued a part of it and it's on there for good. It Need's a new mirror and it seem's that a bay bus one fits perfect although I haven't went and got one It look's the same..This would be a cool accessory for any VW beetle..
