in Buena Park and was VERY happy with it. I'll book a room there next time too. Buena Park is one of the most centrally located to what you want to do, real close to nicks, maybe 15 miles from the beach, disneyland, knotts berry farm, OCTO are all only minutes away. i'll pm some local hotels in a bit

Close to the freeways, beach, Trader Joes (nice grocery store), lots of food options in walking distance. It was also easy to access the different classic events navigation wise.

Some are more like a motel than others with walk-out parking which I like (I hate big Hotels and walking down those long narrow halls on the 10th floor trying to find my room!)
