The Cal-look Lounge

Well guys I know we have a few metalworker/machinist/cnc/tool makers on here (just look at the weight saving thread!)

I am looking for someone to MAKE me a custom carb trumpet/velocity stack for a solex 34-pict-3......

I have one at the moment that is a modified 40DOCE item - it looks pretty cool but doesn't quite have that "Look" I want, its too STRAIGHT  :-\ There is not enough "Flare" to it, Now I know this has a lot to do with how the trumpet work/helps the airflow but for me this is more about the overall LOOK  ;) :)

I want a more custom/flared/cartoon look if you get what I mean  :-\

I have all the proper dimensions/ideas and the rest can be "Freestyle"

Ya need somebody that spin's metal, or take something already made and adapt to what ya got go'n on Lee.

I was thinkin of spinning up with some Ali "bar stock" - 100mm X 100mm  :-\ :)

Try the stack sold by Aircooled Research; think it fits a 34pict and quite flared.

I was hoping to get mine to "slip in" to the top of my 34pict-3 - Thats what i've done with the current one, it just looks cleaner to my eye  :)

Nice shape on this one though.....

I also came accros these on thesamba but at $450.00!!!! Thats alittle too pricey  :o

So Danny have you got any 100mm Ali barstock "instock"  ??? ;) :)
