Title: Wheels: what to do? Post by: nigelg65 on June 05, 2013, 13:37:52 pm I am thinking about putting 5.5-inch 912 steels on the back of my oval under stock arches, but I'm worried they will look too skinny (but I'm going for that skinny retro race look). I've got 4.5s to go on the front. Questions:

2. 155/165 front and 185/195 rear (for the "skinny retro" look) 3. Not for the last 20 years, sorry! Great idea on the steelies. I'm not restricted to going for the Cal-Look, so I'm using 5x112 late Golf wheels, 5" front and 6" rear on my project. Now THAT is Old School .... 8) Ran 155s and 175s, then changed to 145s and 185s when the power went up ... 145s weren't good for the autocrosses LOL TxT Title: Re: Wheels: what to do?
