Title: Mounting External Oil Cooler - frame ideas or best position Post by: stait9 on June 11, 2013, 21:39:46 pm Hi everyone
I've got to mount a new cooler and was wondering if anyone has some advice or pictures on where best mount it, in particular any ideas of good brackets. The previous one was simply mounted to the underside with some rubber mounts. It resulted in slightly restricted air flow and I've seen a couple of pics and cars but it's quite hard to get right under cars at shows. Also just discovered a friend can build any Aluminium frame I just need so help designing it. Then some welding for brackets and now this is adjustable. Just simple innovations here and there-
The fan is a 8" from Australia - don't remember the manufacturer |
