Title: Paperwork needed when importing a car from the us

As there is plenty of experienced importers of US cars here on the lounge i am looking for some advice on the required paperwork for firstly exporting a car from the US and secondly the documents required by UK customs

Title and bill of sale to ship. The same this end to import (plus the customs forms, etc). MOT, proof of age and insurance to register.

MOT on the chassis no.
Pink slip
Driving license/utility bil (proof of address, 2 if it's for a business)l
Customs form
NOVA form if imported after April 15th

(iI'm currently in the process with my bus) ;D
