Ofcourse I removed the shifter handle and the base and the shifter cup for another shifter I have. I kept this as a spare because of the nice chrome. I used this one for awhile then removed the parts I needed for another shifter I have. The chrome is nice and the shifter reverse lockout parts are intact and in excellent condition. I do not need this so if you have a ratty rusty shifter or broken shift lock line etc... then this is the perfect replacement and you don't have to re-chrome it.
