It is a day/night mirror and extends out a tad bit more as you can see. It came originally white arm but I took the white paint off of it and polished it but it could definitely use another quick polish to shine really nice. The plastic mirror base was broke/cracked and missing a corner. I super glued it but still missing the the corner as pictured. The mirror from a bay window bus work's perfect.
