Hi guys

what spring poundage is normally used on a strut front end I have 160llb ones and seam a little stiff?

Andy, depends on the mechanical leverage exerted by the suspension and the weight of the car, i believe yours is mac strut? this layout provides probably the lowest leverage of any layout, as the spring base sits almost inside the wheel, so spring rates for mac struts are lower than say a double wishbone lay out,  as a guide, the stock 1303 spring  rate is 80 lb/in,  i would start with what you have, your  150 lb/in will be some where near par i would bet, i know you have a reasonable front loading with good systems  lay out, i spose your about ready to play with ride heights,  no doubt a drag set up expert will have currant settings for a similar front end and chip in some more info.
