I dont really know which area to post this in, but i guess here is as good as any.

Something i stumbled across the other day, all way beyond my mind, but you clever chaps may find it interesting.  :)

The camshaft was enough to melt my head haha, something to do with a splayed valves.

The TAG Porsche turbo V6 had similar cam profile due to splayed 4 valve heads. There's a pretty cool book on Hans Mezger's years as Porsche head engine designer,

interesting that the ports are ' plenumed ' with balancing slots.
