Title: VW Cylinder Head Quick Reference Sheet Post by: luftvolks on October 10, 2013, 20:39:07 pm Trying to fill in the blanks for the sheet I am working on.

Torben has posted that a stock dual port only flows 94cfm@.450 25" while the old wilson book shows 110-120 but with no depression reading. Any real world data is appreciated!! Single port data for stock unmodifed heads would be great also. If I have missed any current production heads or have incorrect data listed please let me know. 42x37 mm Valves. (http://[attachment=1]) So final numbers are 172cfm 28" at 14mm lift. It might help if your chart showed what reach and what size spark plug each head takes. For AA the base stock 500 head 043 101 355CK with stock valves has 3/4" reach 14mm plugs while all other 500 heads as well as all 501 and 502 heads come with 3/4" reach 12mm spark plug holes.
