Title: OG paint 58 beetle decklid & accessory ignition / lock assembly - prices vary Post by: restojohnny on November 02, 2013, 19:11:25 pm This is an original 58 & later steering wheel ignition/lock was working year's ago when I removed it but I broke the key inside it back when I last removed it LOL...You would need to get it out and another key made. The bakelight switch part in the back has a small crack but that didn't affect it from working when I was using it....I cut the tube so as you can graft it into your existing steering column tube...

[attachment=1][attachment=2] 58-63 beetle original paint decklid complete - **SOLD**SOLD** This is a nice original rust free decklid with original paint and it's complete minus the decklid light assembly....It is very VERY slightly pushed in at the "T" Handle part hard to tell but it is but it still function's as it should. There is one other itsy bitsy ding in it also again hard to see. Comes with the original hinges...Just buff it out and your patina ride is ready to roll....
