Title: GoPro Hero compatibility with Sony PS3? Post by: Jim Ratto on January 28, 2014, 01:42:13 am Anybody know how well video files can be transferred from GoPro to Sony PS3?
I have tried connecting camera directly to PS3 via USB cable, but playback is very choppy, like frame by frame stuttering... Any ideas? here's a list of formats that the PS3 can play. http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps3/current/video/filetypes.html do not know what is the file format is for your go pro but I'm sure it could be possible to convert it with a software like ffmpeg. if you want to know exactly what is the format for the video files of the go pro you can download this program http://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo it's free and very useful.
