Title: Re: IDF air cleaners Post by: Paul Bahnstormerz on May 26, 2014, 21:07:44 pm When you over? Just fitted new 44IDFs to it, and a load of other bits, completely overhauled brakes, new seats, and looks like a bottle of laughing gas will be here by the weekend ;) Ditched the Berg shifter, was a reminder of a past life! LOL
Question is will I bring my bug or can I bring the new toy which kicked me back into playing with cars ;D Title: Re: IDF air cleaners Post by: Tourist on May 26, 2014, 22:08:30 pm Good evening Paul, long time no see :o , hope all is well 8)
Sorry to crash your thread :-[, what spec. was your shifter & is it for sale? ;) Did you ever find an 019? Take care and all the best, Martin :) Title: Re: IDF air cleaners Post by: Mags on May 27, 2014, 14:00:28 pm http://www.weberperformance.com.au/index.php?cPath=36_78
Ramflo air Filters Title: Re: IDF air cleaners Post by: Paul Bahnstormerz on May 27, 2014, 15:22:42 pm Hi Martin,
Yeah I found a 019, never bothered fitting it as I stopped playing with the bug, think I'll just stick with the 010 now. Too many parts to fit without worrying about distributors currently. Shifter, RHD with 60% reduced throw. It might be for sale once the BugTech arrives from Germany ;) Paul Title: Re: IDF air cleaners Post by: Paul Bahnstormerz on May 27, 2014, 15:23:38 pm http://www.weberperformance.com.au/index.php?cPath=36_78 Ramflo air Filters Thanks, looked into those but too low profile for trumpets at only 50mm. Title: Re: IDF air cleaners Post by: Matt Tobias on May 27, 2014, 16:26:08 pm http://www.weberperformance.com.au/index.php?cPath=36_78 Ramflo air Filters I am not a fan of the Ramflo filters as I sucked one of the elements into my drivers side IDA on a full throttle run. Scared the crap out of me and luckily didnt hurt anything! |
