Title: pre cal-look/gasser suspension
Post by: lawrence on August 22, 2007, 04:22:04 am
That "inch pincher" discovered thread got me thinking about pre cal-look and gasser suspension heights. The pre cal-looks were running stock suspensions, correct? any mods done for apperance or ride quality?

Drag cars of the sixties had a nose in the air stance. I assume this gave cars better weight distribution? What were some of the popular drag setups of the time? The inch pincher II had a straight axle front end ???

I asume that in the 60's nobody discovered aerodynamics yet, haha thats why all those cars had their noses up in the air.
By the late 60's and beginning of the 70's the noses went down ;D
