Title: Billet heads 94 and 101.6 Post by: -Alex- on September 02, 2014, 10:56:37 am I'v been asking manufacturing billet heads from new contacts.
At the moment there would be possible to offer billet heads with two options for pair at 2200€ -101.6 bore with larger ports with WBX stud spacing -94mm with smaller ports stock stud spacing. Headporter recommended to CAD model a 38mm to 39mm diameter venturi area to intake port approximately 15mm from intakevalve seat. More options at the moment for extra cost. Both would have cut also valveseat openings at standard for CSP 48mm and 37,5mm seats with proper interference fit unless mentioned otherwise. -Material 6061 - T6 -Standard CE / SF etc manifolds fit. -6061 T6 material. -10 fins and through holes for coolingair -Full width rocker pad with 2-stud and 5-stud attachment -50cc chambers on 94 heads, 55cc chambers on 101.6 heads -NGK D8EA sparkplugs -Spring pocket OD 37,5mm, ID 16.8mm Title: Re: -- Post by: -Alex- on May 07, 2015, 19:08:28 pm Started to ask again from machine shops, we will see if its possible to make them at affordable prices..
