Can i use std rods in a 2110cc type 1,is for bus so trackor motor,i just afraid for the offzet from the rods?help....

you can use them. if it were me i would use the clearanced ones (like rimco,…)

I would get ones that have been shot peen'd.  The Bergs used to sell them that way.  Don't know if they still do.

Go to Rimco - they've been doing their 'Super Rods' for years. Shot-peaned, clearanced and balanced, and with good bolts. Used in the past on many race cars when Carrillos were out of budget's reach...

I bought a set off you at Slough many years ago Keith! Great rods. Should have changed the bolts after I spun a bearing and overheated one - that was point of failure which took out my 2180 back in 2003, but they were spot on for balance. I actually have another set waiting for use in another motor - I'd recommend them as a good budget alternative and cheaper than spending time doing the work yourself!
